Miriam Smith

Miriam Smith is a Senior Lecturer in Cancer Genomics at the University of Manchester. Her research focuses on identifying the molecular genetic causes underlying tumours of the nervous system, particularly schwannomas and meningiomas. These tumours are also associated with the schwannomatoses, which are rare inherited tumour syndromes. She is also a Principal Investigator for the Manchester BRC Rare Conditions and Hearing Health Themes.
