Karolina Stepien

Karolina M. Stepien is a Consultant in Adult Inherited Metabolic Diseases at Salford Royal Hospital and holds an Honorary Senior Lecturer position at the University of Manchester.  She attends transition clinics at the Willink Metabolic Unit at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. Her research interests are in lysosomal storage diseases, involving both commercial and academic clinical trials from early to late phase studies. A particular interest relates to understanding of the natural history and disease progression of Inherited Metabolic Diseases, and their long-term outcomes in adults.
