Abstract: Andra Ciucă, PhD, is a postdoc researcher at Babeș-Bolyai University, a Registered Genetic Counsellor (European Board of Medical Genetics, EBMG) and Registered Clinical Psychologist. Over the past decade, she has worked in clinical and research settings across oncology, psychiatry, and rare diseases. Her research focuses on the efficacy and implementation of genetic counselling, patient-reported outcomes, and core outcome set analysis in rare diseases. She serves as Chair of the Genetic Counsellors’ Branch of the EBMG, contributing to the advancement of professional standards and policy development for genetic counselling across Europe.
