Venue: The Hilton, Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LQ

Scope for abstracts: Abstracts should be based on clinical or scientific studies in dysmorphology or malformations or developmental disorders. Abstracts could describe results from large-scale studies, or genomic or laboratory studies, or clinical trials, or case series, or even informative single case reports. If you are not sure regarding suitability of your abstract, please contact the organising committee. Abstracts describing work that has been published recently (~2 years) in pre-print or peer-reviewed publication is acceptable.

Abstract submission: Using this link – https://app.oxfordabstracts.com/stages/77792/submitter – please create an account with the abstract submission platform and submit your abstract. Please note that one individual can be a presenting author on only one submission. However, one individual can be a co-author on multiple abstracts.

Abstract submission deadline: Before Midnight BST on 6th June 2025 (Fri)

Abstract selection process: Abstracts must be within the scope of the conference. Abstracts will be scored by an international committee according to the novelty and importance of the work.

Delegate fees: TBC (to include conference fees, lunches on all days, dinner and drinks on Sunday, and dinner and conference party on Monday night). Please note that registration for individual days of the conference will NOT be available.

Visa: If you require a visa to travel to the UK, we can provide a letter of support for your application.

Accommodation: Rooms at the Hilton will be available for delegates at a discounted rate. More information around this will be announced when abstract decisions are communicated, and registration opens.
